Josh Lynch (Zachary Levi) has just completed his first year of residency at a prestigious teaching hospital. He’s got a new house, a new car, and a new best friend, Nate (Michael Weatherly). One morning after Nate’s birthday party, Josh wakes up in bed with Melissa (Alexis Bledel), Nate’s younger sister. Josh and Melissa mutually agree not to tell Nate about their encounter and to strictly remain friends. However, as Josh and Melissa’s friendship becomes something more, Nate shares some information about his sister in passing, forever changing the dynamic between the three. Can Josh’s good intentions save the friendship and the new romance?
